Notes:
1. Minimum requirements for company formation: 2 Officers, 1 Director, 1 Company Secretary (either can be the 1 minimum Shareholder required) Registered office has to be in England or Wales but the Officers or shareholders do not have to be English or live in England.
2. Normally we issue the company with 100 £1 ordinary shares, therefore the number of shares held by each shareholder will also represent the % share the shareholder owns in the company.
